We get it!  Hiring an attorney can be an expensive, but necessary investment.  In some cases you may find yourself left holding a hefty, unexpected bill after exhausting your initial retainer.  And no one enjoys this whether satisfied with their legal representation and the outcome of their legal matter, or not.  

For this reason, we bill on a flat fee basis.*  This provides our clients with the benefit of predictable pricing.  In other words, you pay a fee and we complete the work—no time keeping necessary.  We work to complete your agreed upon services, no matter how long it takes, unless stated otherwise.

*Please note that while it is our goal to avoid hourly billing, there are some situations when hourly billing makes the most sense due to various factors, like the magnitude of the project.  In these cases, an hourly rate may be assessed.
